I think I’m going to have to Evict…
I have a tenant who I think I’m going to have to evict. I feel I was toyed with last month and this month and served the N4 form later than I should have. I know I have to serve and L1 except they may pay up again to keep me from evicting them. I know it was my choices that led to being where I am. I feel extremely unhappy tonight along with periods of anger and frustration. Does anyone have advice on coping strategies to get through rough periods? It’s not only the financial stress of being owed money, I feel a sense of hopelessness that I haven’t felt in years. Any suggestions or good ideas?
