Address and history match what was provided on the application? - References: Verify through Land Registry for “real landlord”
- If they are local, drive by their current residence for a peek
- Take Photos of the Unit Before they move in
- Full Unit Inspection – Tenants Must Sign off
- First and Last – No Personal Cheques, Guaranteed Funds Only!
- Utilities in Tenants’ Name (where applicable) or no Key!
