Calgary 8-Plexes available for Joint Venture or Assignment

We are currently looking for JV partners on two eight plexes in NW Calgary. The first to JV on (Cash in) and the second to JV with us (Cash in or RRSP 2nd) or we would consider assigning the whole second deal.

The first property we are looking for a cash in JV partner on is a complete deal including inspection, appraisal, initial financing, reno plan, tenant plan, etc. We do all the work so you don't have too; turning this into a turn key apartment building.

The second property is almost identical to the first except we are not quite as far into the diligence path. We can work with you on turning this into a turn key property or you can take over the deal from us.
