6 plex in Cobourg - listed for a 9 cap

Doing this for a friend.

If you are tired of expensive Toronto Property this might make a good alternative.

Might also be an interesting way to "drop out" of Toronto by cashing in your Toronto real estate both investment and personal use residential.

At $55,000 a door and total investment "AT LISTING PRICE" OF $329,000, MAY MAKE AN INTERESTING INVESTMENT ALTERNATIVE AND LIFESTYLE AS WELL.

Ive seen some very tempting prices in coburg.......................but it would mean having to move there to manage it.................which would mean selling everything here, paying lots of taxes to mcguinty and loosing equity created by years and years of hard work.

I dislike private business posted in public and in a case like this the devil is in the details. I will move this discussion to private members forum.

There are worse places to live than in Cobourg, especially near the water.

Drug problem exists there like in just about every corner of Ontario. There's a nice tenant pool for people who present nice places at good prices.

Just my 2 cents.
