Many enters are being warned not to agree to prepaid rent requests from landlords after a person online said they were asked to pay for six months rent upfront for a potential apartment.
Looking to find a new home and it's not easy. Most of the properties are dumps, or over-priced, or the landlord looks super creepy.
Now all the landlords are demanding money up front. Read the above info. and curious if its correct or not? Thx.
