Thanks for the reply Dave2. House prices are high now and my real estate friend is having multiple offers on places that I wouldn't touch. I'm ready to cash out at any time, only being cautious because I almost cashed out in 2007 after my first 5 years in the business and the market (and entire economy) looking bleak. No need to Rush, can wait up to 2 years.
I have heard from few real estate investors from USA, says the RE market in USA will bounce back in 8 years.
we will see the growth slowly,,,,
but as far as rental market, to buy rental property, no need to wait, even though you are paying bit more, it will set off by itself with the return cash flow.
I will for sure, invest in rental properties in USA, just shopping around this time.
