Anyone driven by this one? or know about it? Just starting to get feelers about real estate investments outside of Mississauga......my feeling won't be hurt if someone else on this board jumps on it...reduced in price also.

Not sure about the building in question but the area is down on t's heels. Lot's of crack heads and other riff raff. Finding good tenants would be hard..
PS I live in the Garden City. Tenant quality has plummeted dramatically in the last 5 years. Nicely renno'd units in ok or better parts of town and lots of screening...are a must...
