Fort Erie/Crystal Beach House

SOLD

I'm selling my rental house in Crystal Beach. It is vacant now so you can screen your own tenants. Includes all appliances (new fridge, stove, 3 year old washer/dryer). 2 bedroom bungalow, 1 bath, Freshly painted throughout, all tile and laminate flooring, vinyl siding, good-sized fenced backyard with nice storage shed, driveway with parking for 2 cars. It is a great little rental house, but I no longer have the time to put into managing it.
