This is one of those extremely rare occasions where a Tenant and a landlord bond. Meaning it's an outlier and not what most Tenants experience and why we MUST FIGHT BACK AND NOT PAY RENT ON MAY 1ST!

Most landlords are not friendly and not on our side.
They just want our money or want to kick us out to be homeless and to starve and die.

Laura has been posting here for nearly 10 years when this forum just started and is very level headed. We both used to post on the old toronto tenant forum. Basically if the landlord treats you right, then you treat them right.
It's like a divorce. The more you fight the more money the lawyers make and the more harm you do to your life.
