Even the legal aid clinics will only tell you this stuff 'in person' as they don't want to rock the apple cart.

It's very helpful to get his information out to tenants who are not aware what they can do if they deal with a 'bad' landlord and not a good professional landlord who will make repairs.

The lesson here is simple.

You do not have to beg your landlord to fix things.

1. You just call the By Law Office

2. Let them in (no need to tell your landlord)

3. Show the Officer the problems

4. All the Officer to look for other problems

5. The Officer will will contact the landlord, give them a minimum of time to fix things, or they will be fined BY THE GOVERNMENT and they can't escape the fine.
