While I would love to see the admin being far more strict on ad hominem attacks with current poster behaviour we would see roughly 1/4 to 1/2 of the regular posters being banned. Warnings and a forced edit from a moderator, certainly though.

It's an emotional issue and an industry full of conflict. I've been called every name in the book managing properties in Toronto. The reality of the industry shouldn't be sugar coated.
