Like the separate meters but not the electric heat and a flat roof in snow country? :shock:

That being said at a little over $35,000 a door it might be worth buying and gutting and doing something with the outside as well.

Of course you're what 100K from the Big Nickel so that would have to be considered.

I'll grant you that but i wonder if it's impossible to get full occupancy being in such a remote local. Of course the defects i mention don't help...
