I'm trying to work out the math on this.

Say it sells for $9,600,000, it works out to 3,200,000/floor x 3. The floor will rent out for $1000/month. How does that work out??

Errr... in one spot says 9 and three-quarter mil. In the description it says 975,000. Is the extra zero supposed to be there, or not?
