Renter will move if i raise the rent $200

He said he can't afford the rent increase I told him he needs to pay me. The rent is too cheap, little basement dump going for $825/month. Told him we need to go up $200 next month. He said he can't afford it so I told him to stop buying so much weed and booze and Uber food. He said if I make him pay he will move.
