Sources within the Ministry who hate Ford and his fascist agenda have reported that the Landlord and Tenant Board will be closed again when Ontario goes through another lockdown!
While Zoom hearings are done from home, other courts will be closing and this will include tribunals such as the LTB.
Many Tenants do not have access to computers and will not be able to access libraries or legal clinics to use their computers and legal clinics are working now to make sure no LTB Hearings will be heard until the lock down ends.
We are looking at months of a close down.
