It just makes so much sense.
I agree it adds some peace of mind, but like someone mentioned your tenant can easily put a stop on these PDCs, i guess if they want to screw you they’ll screw you.
So may i ask what do you do when your tenant wants to continue living in your property after first year (all PDCs deposited), do you ask for more PDCs?
Get news ones when you re-sign the lease.
