The question is why would these few individuals decide to risk tenant lives during the middle of the covid pandemic?

If they truly believe it is good policy they should simply wait until the pandemic has ended when tenants will be able to work, move around freely, and have their children in school?

Why lie to the media about this being 'tenant friendly' and 'not much of a difference' when it is. Already tenants are being threatened and bullied and, with lock downs and schools and playground and summer camps closed it is very CRUEL to force these changes now on tenants.

Why not wait for these types of radical changes until the pandemic is over? Why create chaos and pain?

The answer lies below the surface. It lies in the way these people themselves and see the world.

Harvard University psychiatrist Alvin Poussaint:

‘Extreme racism is treatable, and sometimes even lesser forms of racism are treatable because they have psychodynamics to them,” he said. “They don’t exist as a social problem, they … exist as psychological problems inside the individual.’

Poussaint, who is black, believes that racism – like other human behaviors – exists on a continuum, and that racism’s extreme forms, in which a person has racist delusions that can lead to violence, should be considered a serious mental illness and be listed in the DSM.

Since most tenants are not 'white caucasian' and the premier and the housing minister are 'white caucasian', well, it explains everything.

This is all about abusing and harming those who they feel psychological hatred for.

Of 'punishing' the 'other' who they 'hate' and want to 'hurt' under the 'guise' of 'policy'.

It is despicable and a mental illness.

Why do this during the pandemic???

Their real goal is to create a new underclass/slave system like their grandfathers had to make money and control the races they want to dominate and profit from!



A group of slaves, collared at the neck, are marched from the interior of Africa. I'm usually ready to give people the benefit of the doubt. In this case, you're right it's just ridiculous and cruel when most of us are not even back to work and can't even go into a restaurant due to Covid.

It just doesn't make sense why Ford and Clark would make these changes at this time? How about saying "let's revisit this in 3 months or 6 months like the start of 2021 when we see what is actually going to happen in September, October, November when the evictions will happen. What if there is another wave and lock down? What will evicted tenants do then?

I think it's abuse of power. I'm not sure why these people are being complete psychopaths when they know the Covid situation.



Maybe these white old guys have problems with people who don't look like them. But they have some Indian or Pakistani guy also involved, Gil or something.

This makes me think these truly ridiculously unattractive men have an issue with women. Their whole lives have been about rejection as betas in the looks department.

And many low income renters are women.

They want to get back at us for refusing them over the decades.
