LANDLORDS PAYING TENANTS TO MOVE IS A WIN-WIN SITUATION FOR BOTH SIDES!!!!!

I beg to differ. I think landlords are still winning because the are taking advantage of Tenants needing money so we move out for small money. I mean $100,000 is nothing for landlord fat cats.

That money is one semester for their spoiled kids at private school.

To move the landlord should pay a minimum 1/2 what the property sold for.

If the house doesn't sell within 3 months the property deed goes to the former TENANTS.

Potentially a good start.
