Was 244 on Sunday night and only ate organic cod yesterday to get to 242. Planning a trip and want to look good on the beach.
In summer 2015 I got down to 189lbs on a low carb diet and then gained it all back due to my landlord. My wife thought I was too skinny.
In 2017 I got down to 200lbs on a low carb diet which led to my wife being happy.
More importantly it led to pretty younger women talking to me and even flirting with me. I think some of them even wanted to go to a motel and have sex which was flattering.
Low carb was too slow and am now trying to fast for 7 days.
Any advice or warm wishes or ways to get motivated are appreciated.
