Congrats Oshawa! A New Demerit Point System For Landlords

I want to know how Oshawa expects a LL to kick out tenants, after having their license pulled. Guess that'll have to be written up in the RTA, no? Hmmm...too many infractions, license pulled, tenants evicted as it's not a licensed unit. Good way to get out deadbeats, reno, and raise the rent. What the heck, you've got a year you can't rent without a license, right?
