Writing "NOTICE TO ENTER" and avoiding "THE DANGER ZONE"

#1 Unread post by LandlordCouple » March 19th, 2023, 8:13 pm

Finally going to go for it with the NOTICE TO ENTER. The reason why we didn't do it as we were worried who is in there, and if there is nothing really wrong then we would be guilty of harassment.

Do I need a 'reason' to enter? The forms here say I need a good reason....but how to define 'good'?

Second, how many days should be give for the notice? Some people here said it's 'respectful' to give 3 days notice but some say 24 hours?

Thank you for your help.
