Police still seeking suspects one year after Edmonton landlord shot to death

“This was a well-organized and targeted hit,” Buhler said.

He noted there is “almost certainly” more than one person involved in Shah’s death.

“We’re investigating a murder and conspiracy to commit murder against Abdullah Shah,” he said.

Buhler said those who may have information on Shah’s death may not want to come forward since there is sensitivity and risk. He said he has instructed police communications to provide his contact information to anyone who wishes to speak to him directly about the crime.
