Been reading and it's great to see there are lots of landlords who are doing very well. The problem is I am not. Trying to follow the rules, play by the book and have renters moving out whenever they want. And also they make problems and they did it but demand I fix things or they move out.
How can I play Landlord 4D Chess to see the big picture and start actually making money and not losing money and sleep?
