Income verification for self employed
I have my first application for someone that is self employed and going through divorce. Bad credit rating but good history of making payments on time which I don't quit understand. I'm looking for advice on how to verify his income for this year. T4 from 2018 is no good since it's almost 6 months old. Applicant needs to know ASAP if he was approved so he can give notice to his current landlord. Previous tenants were easy to screen because they weren't self employed. This one has me stumped!
