How can I gain my potential tenants trust to rent from me?

There was a really good post in the members forum asking how we can gain the trust of our potential tenants? I want to prove that I'm also good and a fair landlord!) What type of information should be provided to let them know we are as worthy as they are? We check them, how can they check us? TY
