Now it is June and we had to pay the mortgage yesterday because we are still fixing the kitchen and we can't advertise the place yet. It is taking time because we are doing as much of the work as we can ourselves.

Frustrated as ex-tenant damage bills keep piling up!
Feeling very very frustrated! See my other posts for details about their move out. The costs just kept piling up. Just the flooding in the laundry area meant replacing drywall, new flooring and lots of $$ spent.
Now it is June and we had to pay the mortgage yesterday because we are still fixing the kitchen and we can't advertise the place yet. It is taking time because we are doing as much of the work as we can ourselves.
