I used to be a regular on this forum. I had a number of student rentals. I lived in stress. Unfortunately for me it was difficult to make a profit. Others on this board were luckier than I. But I think it's getting harder on even the saviest of business persons.

A few bad tenants out of many good tenants can still wreak havoc on your life.

I do not regret for one second getting out of landlording. It's certainly not for everybody.

I wish all of you who stayed in the business the very best.
