Not sure about this. It could be a good opportunity but I know people who have been really burned in Windsor, particularly due to the huge opoid abuse crisis and other drug issues among the local population.
Why don't landlords help to fix this issue facing our most vulnerable? More healthy people means more healthy rent-payers right?
