In my 30 years of experience getting the judgement is the "easy part". You go through the system and while it can be time consuming and you have to dot your i's and cross your t's you will eventually get the result you are after. The "hard part" is turning that judgment into getting paid.
We've even seen posts here from before where a landlord got a judgement and the tenants went on the run. When he finally caught up to them in a nearby city what did the renters do?
They moved to a different province to avoid paying.
So how do you find people? That's another topic.
