Selling Electricity To Neighbouring Tenants Who Aren't "Inclusive"

#1 Unread post by Barrie Renter » October 6th, 2021, 6:51 am

My rent includes all power; water and you name it.

Buddy came up with an idea to run long power cords and water hoses to tenants in my area. Will be a bit of pain for hoses, but when the snow comes no one will see the power cords.

I will charge like $200/unit and hope to get at least 20 people sucking the power.

My landlord is in China and won't seee it.
