Always HAPPY by the number of tenant leaders who are here to learn about their rights. Today we’re talking repairs and the governments plan to scrap rent control...and tenants are ready to fight back baby!
The new savage rules created by the Fascist Ford government will require Tenants to be aware of, and enforce our rights like never before.
Remember when your lease ends you go "month by month"......you do not have to move or pay more money to the people i dislike-lords.
This thread is for tenant leaders to learn how tenants in "rent controlled" units can stay in their homes and NEVER MOVE OUT.
Yes, this can be done.
