Learning To Start My First Grow-Op

I'm living in a basement apartment and wondering where the best way to learn how to start my first grow op. From reading here and listening to the new it looks like we are allowed to grow 4 plants/person.

How do you create enough sunlight to grow plants in winter?

Is it easy to set up artificial heat lamps?

There is lots of space in the furnace room, can I grow the plants there?

How do create enough heat?

What about watering? Can I create some type of hydration system using the existing plumbing?

Can we buy seeds online from the government weed website?

Any help is appreciated.
