My landlord is in China most of the time.

We have a very good relationship because she does whatever I say and never argues with me. So this makes our relationship good.

If she ever goes against me in any way she knows there will be hell to pay.

People should rent from small landlords for a win win relationship.Most of the problems are with the big reit corp guys. :D
